Explorer

Explorer is a Lightning app page that gives a single place to search across Documents and Jots. Open it from the Folio app in the App Launcher. (The product name is Explorer — not “Doc Explorer” or “Jot Explorer”.)

Searching and filtering

Full-text search runs over:

Document and Jot titles and body content
Tags (org-wide and your personal tags — Tagging)
Values from linked Salesforce records, limited to fields your admin indexed (Configuration settings)

Results refresh as you type.

Filters may include:

Type — Documents, Jots, or both
Tag
Related object type
Additional filters: confirm for v1.

Table view

Results appear in a sortable table — typical columns:

Title
Type (Document / Jot)
Related record
Tags
Last viewed (by you)
Last modified

Click a column header to sort; click a row to open the item.
