Placing components on record pages

Folio’s editors are Lightning web components placed on Lightning record pages in Lightning App Builder.

Components

folioDocsEditor — Full Folio Docs editor. Place on object record pages where users should create and read Documents. (Confirm the final API name in your package before publishing external docs.)
folioJotsEditor — Folio Jots editor. Place where quick capture should appear. (Confirm the final API name in your package.)

Add to a page

Open a record of the object you’re configuring (or Setup → Lightning App Builder).
Setup → gear → Edit Page (or edit the assigned record page from Setup).
In the component palette, search Folio.
Drag folioDocsEditor and/or folioJotsEditor onto the layout.
Save and Activate the page (and assign to the right app, profile, or app page assignment as needed).

Both components can sit on standard or custom object pages. Choose placement based on where your teams work.

Recommendation: Put folioDocsEditor on high-traffic sales objects (Account, Opportunity, Contact). Use folioJotsEditor anywhere lightweight context helps.
