@ commands — records and merge fields
Type @ to open the @ menu.
Folio Jots
- Record links only — Search and insert a Salesforce record chip inline.
- No merge fields and no write-back on Jots.

Two primary actions:
- Link a record — Insert a clickable record chip; the record joins Related when applicable (Linking Documents to records).
- Insert a merge field — Pick an allowed field; Folio shows a live chip with the current value from Salesforce. Values refresh when the record changes.
When write-back is enabled for a field, users can edit the chip and save back to the Salesforce field (per product rules).
Chip actions
After inserting a chip, open its menu to:
- Switch between record link and merge field (and pick a field).
- Change which field is referenced.
- Remove the chip.
