Admin Panel overview

The Folio Admin experience is a dedicated Lightning app page for administrators. Only users assigned Folio Admin can open it; other users do not see it.

Open it: App Launcher → search Folio Admin.

Before rolling Folio out broadly, review:

Which Salesforce objects users can link Documents to (drives @ mentions, related records, and merge fields for Folio Docs).
Which fields are merge fields per object (Configuration settings).
Which fields are indexed for Explorer search.
Merge field write-back options.
Templates if your teams use standardized Documents.

Other settings ship with sensible defaults and can be changed anytime without reinstalling.
